Our team was appointed to deliver a full Mechanical and Electrical design package for a new-build medical centre to RIBA Stage 4.
The project demanded a highly coordinated approach to meet strict healthcare standards while also achieving strong sustainability performance. Compliance, reliability, and long-term operational efficiency were key priorities, alongside creating a comfortable and safe environment for staff and patients.

- EPC calculations
- BREEAM duties
- Part L compliance
To ensure smooth delivery, we carried out multiple site visits to coordinate services accurately and address on-site challenges. Regular design team meetings were held to align the technical design with the wider project vision, supported by coordination workshops to integrate mechanical, electrical, and structural elements seamlessly.
We also managed incoming utility coordination to ensure reliable service connections and compliance with statutory requirements.
