Client Brief

Our client appointed us to deliver the Stage 4 Mechanical & Electrical design for the conversion of a former police station into 59 high-quality residential apartments. Located within a designated conservation area, the project demanded a thoughtful approach, one that respected the building’s historic character while meeting the full requirements of a modern residential development. The challenge lay in delivering compliant, energy-efficient building services within a heritage structure where integration of services required particular sensitivity and care.
